Hayley Atwell has revealed that she will not be back as Peggy Carter in Captain America: The Winter Soldier, according to Time Out. A few cast members have been revealed: Frank Grillo as Red Skull henchman Crosssbones, Chris Evans in the title role, and Sebastian Stan as Bucky. Captain America: The Winter Soldier will premiere April 4, 2014.
