Darren Aronofsky, who’s directing the new Wolverine movie has revealed that the film will be titled The Wolverine, and won’t be a sequel to the first, according to Hitfix (the first was titled X-Men Origins: Wolverine). Aronofsky described the film as a “one-off.” The storyline takes the title character to Japan, where he trains to perfect his skills in the martial arts (see “Wolverine 2 Script Done”). Production is expected to start in Japan early next year.
