Michael Shanks will appear as Hawkman in a two-hour Smallville movie event featuring the Justice Society, according to TV Guide. The special will air on February 5. Shanks brings some geek fans with him; he’s Dr. Daniel Jackson in episodes of multiple Stargate series.
